Locum Sonographer | Noosa, QLD | Unite Healthcare

An excellent locum opportunity is available for an experienced Sonographer to join a busy private imaging clinic in Noosa. The position is available from the end of July or early August through until Christmas, covering a maternity leave after the current locum has finished their contract early due to a family commitment.

The clinic is equipped with Philips ultrasound machines and performs a wide variety of general ultrasound examinations. Standard appointment times are typically 20-30 minutes, with more complex studies, such as obstetric scans, allocated up to one hour.

This role would suit a confident and adaptable Sonographer who enjoys working in a supportive team while delivering high-quality patient care.

Location: Noosa, QLD

Start Date: End of July/Early August

Duration: End of July/Early August through to Christmas

Accom/Travel/Car: To be discussed

Roster: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Requirements

- Qualified Sonographer with current accreditation
- Experience performing a broad range of general ultrasound examinations
- Comfortable working independently in a busy clinic workplace
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Experience with Philips ultrasound systems is desirable but not essential
