The Opportunity

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join our team in Bridgewater on a full-time, permanent basis, supporting our new TasWater contract.

You’ll play a key role in keeping stock organised, materials moving and our field teams supported. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a busy warehouse environment, takes pride in their work and is comfortable balancing warehouse duties with basic administration and data entry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, storing and dispatching goods

- Maintain accurate stock levels, records and inventory data, including regular stocktakes

- Complete warehouse administration, data entry and documentation accurately and efficiently

- Liaise with internal teams and clients to support the timely supply and movement of materials

- Coordinate and complete deliveries and collections as required

- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised warehouse in line with company and safety requirements

- Support the wider ETS team with project and operational activities as required

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 5+ years’ warehouse/storeperson experience, including warehouse administration in a fast-paced environment

- Current forklift and unrestricted driver’s licences (ESSENTIAL); truck licence desirable

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with robust attention to detail and accurate record keeping

- A strong safety focus, good communication skills and a reliable, professional approach

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with initiative and a can-do attitude

- The physical fitness required for hands-on warehouse work and a willingness to travel to other ETS locations when required
