The Fresh Collective is seeking an experienced Venue Supervisor for Bistro 18 at Strathfield Golf Club. You’ll lead the floor, supervise FOH staff and help manage events and the Halfway Kiosk to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Work closely with the Venue Manager to own service during shifts, coach the team, handle bookings and upsell, while maintaining high presentation, safety and service standards across all outlets.
