We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand to join our manufacturing team.

About the Role

As a Factory Hand, you'll be an important part of our day-to-day operations, helping keep production moving and making sure our products leave the factory looking their best.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Operating factory machinery, using hand tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assembling products accurately and according to specifications
- Checking finished products to make sure they meet our quality standards
- Keeping the factory clean, tidy, organised, and safe
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Pitching in with general factory duties and supporting the wider production team

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Reliable and punctual – you show up, get stuck in, and can be counted on




- Hardworking – you're not afraid of a busy day or getting your hands dirty
- Physically fit – comfortable with manual work. lifting, and being on your feet
- A team player – happy working alongside others but also confident working independently
- Quality-focused – you notice the little things and take pride in your work
- Keen to learn – you're willing to pick up recent skills and take on new challenges
- Safety-conscious – you understand that doing the job safely is just as important as doing it well
- Positive and practical – you bring a can-do attitude to the workplace

What You'll Bring

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment (preferred, but not essential)
- The ability to operate machinery and equipment safely
- Good attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Positive communication skills and confidence with basic maths — there's plenty of measuring involved in this role!
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute
- The ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet targets
- A willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and grow with the team
