.NET Technical Lead - 12-Month Contract | Sydney CBD | Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join a large, complex organisation undergoing continued digital transformation.

This is a senior hands-on technical role responsible for solution architecture, application development and the ongoing support of enterprise applications. You'll work across major digital initiatives, helping shape technical solutions while ensuring applications remain modern, secure, scalable and reliable.
The Role Working closely with the Digital Development Manager and broader technology teams, you will:

- Lead solution architecture and technical design across enterprise applications
- Develop and enhance applications within a complex .NET setting
- Produce architecture solution designs and present them through security and architecture review processes
- Manage and maintain enterprise application platforms
- Work across on-premise and hybrid cloud environments
- Oversee development and production environmentsDevelop and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure solutions are delivered to agreed quality, budget and timeframes
- Provide technical leadership and help drive modern engineering practices
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve digital capability
- Contribute to technical documentation and business cases

What We're Looking For You'll be an experienced Technical Lead, Lead Developer or Software Architect with a strong enterprise .NET background.

- 10+ years' commercial .NET development experience
- Strong C#/.NET enterprise application development experience
- Proven experience designing solutions across complex enterprise environments
- Experience with on-premise and hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Strong solution architecture and technical design capability
- Experience managing development and production environments
- Strong CI/CD and deployment pipeline experience
- Technical project management capability
- Excellent analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including working with senior technical stakeholders and governance groups
