As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Production Clerk to join our close-knit team. About the Role As our Production Clerk, you'll be the organizational backbone of the factory floor — keeping production running smoothly by managing records, coordinating schedules, and supporting the production team day to day.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining accurate production records, batch documentation, and inventory logs
- Coordinating daily production schedules with the factory team
- Recording and reporting on stock levels, raw materials, and finished goods
- Supporting quality assurance documentation and food safety compliance (HACCP)
- Liaising with suppliers,



logistics, and office staff

Skills and Experience

- At least 3 years' experience in a production clerk, production administration, or similar role
- Experience in the Italian market — familiarity with Italian products, suppliers, or clientele highly regarded
- Reliable, punctual, and committed, with a strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Confident using computers, including spreadsheets and inventory or ERP systems
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Experience in food manufacturing or dairy production advantageous
- Italian language skills a bonus
