Assistant Manager | Inner City community Pub | $85-90K+
To be considered for this job you will need:
- Experience in a Pub management role either as Duty or Assistant manager
- Strong Experience in food and beverage operations highly desirable
- Be a community focused individual.
- Have a hands on approach to the role and be able to support the floor and bar team in every area
- Must be a team player and not above getting your hands dirty
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Self motivated and able to lead from the front.
- Work well under pressure and adapts to change.
- Experience in stock management, ordering, rosters and cash reconciliation
