Our client in Hemmant, Brisbane, seeks a Dispatch & Customer Service Officer to join the team. You will coordinate daily dispatch activities, liaise with drivers and customers, process orders and manage delivery documentation. The role requires exposure to transport/logistics and strong customer service.
Ideal candidates have a current driver's licence, ability to handle inbound/outbound calls, and pass pre-employment screenings. Temp-to-perm prospect with Monday–Friday roster.
