Instead of working five days every week, our 12-hour roster gives you regular weekdays off throughout the month.

- 12-hour day and night shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

- Even rotation between day and night work

- Only one Saturday every three weeks

- More time off between roster cycles

- Permanent full-time employment

This roster suits people who enjoy having weekdays free and value longer periods away from work between shifts.

What You'll Do

As a Production or Mixing Operator, you will:

- Operate automated manufacturing and mixing equipment





- Prepare ingredients and monitor production processes

- Conduct quality and food safety checks

- Complete routine cleaning and equipment inspections

- Accurately record production information

- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve production targets

- Follow all safety, quality and GMP requirements

We're Looking For People Who

- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Are reliable and committed to attendance

- Enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment

- Can follow processes and safety procedures

- Work well within a team environment

- Are comfortable working rotating day and night shifts

No previous food manufacturing experience is required. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.

Physical Requirements

To perform this role safely, you must be able to:

- Undertake manual handling tasks of up to 20kg

- Stand and move throughout a 12-hour shift

- Work in a manufacturing environment

- Successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment

- Pass drug and alcohol screening (zero tolerance workplace)
