What You Bring:

- 3+ years experience in a financial planning environment (e.g., Client Services, Paraplanning, or Associate Adviser roles).
- A drive to hit the ground running with a strong work ethic and proactive mindset.
- Commenced Professional Year (PY) or eligible to begin (relevant degree & FASEA/FAAAA education compliance).
- Passion for personal financial advice, client engagement, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
