The opportunity

This is a genuine career growth opportunity for someone with a real passion for plants, ready for their next step as a soft landscaping specialist. Working across our Build and Maintain divisions, you’ll take the lead on guiding clients – and the projects they’ve trusted us with – smoothly from project completion into ongoing maintenance care. You’ll build your own portfolio of clients across both Construction and Maintenance, developing long-term relationships and broadening your experience across the full lifecycle of a project. As our business continues to grow, so will the opportunities for you to grow with it.

What we're looking for

- Solid, hands-on background in horticulture, landscaping, or professional gardening




- Solid plant knowledge and a genuine care for plant health and establishment
- Formal qualifications are a bonus – proven experience matters more
- Capable of completing soft landscape aspects of high-quality construction builds
- Confident managing the handover and transition of clients into ongoing maintenance
- Strong communication skills, with a positive mindset that anticipates client questions before they arise
- Driven to grow your career and take on greater responsibility over time
- Adaptable and comfortable with varied physical work
- Self-directed – able to spot what needs doing and take initiative
- Positive, reliable, team-oriented
