About the Role
As a Casual Group Facilitator in our Relationship Educator Program, you'll deliver therapeutic group sessions in-person and online, supporting individuals and families to strengthen their relationships. You'll facilitate groups in-person at an Aboriginal Alcohol & Drug treatment centre.
Sessions run in the day and evenings, with a supervision session beforehand and note-taking afterward, totalling 4 hours per group. You'll work alongside a supportive team and contribute to a safe, engaging, and reflective learning environment.

- Casual contract opportunity
- Delivery of in-person and online group programs in Bathurst region
- Sessions are typically held 9am to 1pm and 3.30pm to 8.00pm
- Availability to facilitate approximately 2-3 groups per school term (Monday to Friday)
- Salary approx $50.80-$56.50 an hour (depending on skills & experience) + 30% casual loading + 12% super

What You'll Bring
- Formal qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Experience facilitating therapeutic or educational groups with adults, children, or families is essential
- Training in Tuning Into Kids (TIK), Tuning Into Teens (TINT), Parenting After Separation (PAS) and Circle of Security (COS) is desirable
- A trauma-informed,
client-centered approach
- Strong communication, empathy, and reflective practice skills
- Valid NSW Class C drivers licence and own comprehensively insured motor vehicle
