Magnus Health Pty Ltd delivers person-centred support to people with mental health and disability support needs. We are seeking 2x experienced Senior Support Worker / House Coordinator to join our team to lead our SIL houses at Tingalpa and also Beenleigh.

These are hands-on leadership roles combining first-line supervision, house administration, appointment coordination and direct participant support in our Specialist Independent Living (SIL) houses.

About the role

You will provide day-to-day coordination and guidance to the support team while ensuring participants receive safe, consistent and high-quality care. The SIL rosters are 24/7 and the successful leader for our SILs will need to have availablity acroos both day shifts and sleepover.

Key responsibilities

- Provide first-line supervision and support to Support Workers.
- Manage house administration, including records, documentation and household organisation.
- Schedule and coordinate participant appointments and liaise with families and health professionals.
- Implement individual support plans, behaviour support plans and risk management strategies.
- Provide hands-on support with personal care, medication assistance,



meal preparation and daily living activities.
- Support participants to engage in meaningful community and home-based activities.
- Identify and elevate incidents, risks or changes in support needs.
- Promote compliance with NDIS standards, organisational policies and WHS requirements.

What you’ll bring

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health or equivalent.
- Proven experience in mental health and/or disability support.
- Experience supervising or coordinating support workers.
- Solid administration, organisation and communication skills.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card (or Working with Children Check).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current driver licence and reliable vehicle (where required).
