BARISTA ROLE

JRM is looking for an experienced Barista to join a corporate team on an ongoing Monday to Friday basis.

This is a high-volume coffee environment, so you must be confident working quickly and efficiently while maintaining excellent coffee quality and customer service.

KEY REQUIREMENTS





- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Strong latte art skills are a must
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent presentation

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Ability to handle 3 - 5 KG minimum on your own
- Experienced and confident behind the coffee machine and grinders
- Comfortable handling a high volume of coffees
- Valuable understanding of espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Passionate about coffee quality and presentation
- Able to maintain consistency during busy service
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a professional corporate environment
