Anglicare Sydney seeks a Pastoral Care Worker to provide compassionate, Christ-centred pastoral care to residents in our residential aged care homes at Taren Point. You will be a trusted presence, listening, praying and supporting families and staff as part of a holistic care team.

You will work with Chaplains and care teams to honour each resident's dignity, faith journey and spiritual needs, while upholding our shared values of integrity, compassion and excellence.
