We are on the look out for Production workers with Forklift licence for our client who is one of the most experienced electrical wire and cable manufacturing company in Crestmead. If you are mechanically minded, have strong work ethics, we'd love to hear from you!
What's in it for you:
- Weekly Pay
- Ongoing Monday to Friday
- Working as part of the factory team on a weekly ROTATING SHIFTS
- Day Shift: Mon-Wed 6:00am-4:00pm, Thu 6:00am-2:00pm $33.00 per hour
- Night Shift: Mon-Wed 4:00pm-2:00am $42.90 per hour, Thu 4:00pm-12:00am $37.95 per hour
- Friday Overtime: Optional/available

Duties include but not limited:
- Machinery setup, operation, and breakdown of cable machines in accordance with procedures (FULL TRAINING PROVIDED)
- Producing a wide rang of cable types including PVC Insulated/Sheathed, XLPE Insulated just to name a few
- Packing finished products in preparation for quality assurance testing
To be considered for this role:
- MUST have Forklift licence
- Robust attention to detail to ensure efficient and accurate cable production
- Willingness to learn and a "can-do" attitude is a MUST
- Physcially fit and capable of team lifts (consistently lifting 20kgs)
- Machine operator experience is advantageous but not essential - full training will be provided
- Strong awareness of OH&S; procedures
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- Experience in fast paced machine operation
- Experience in cable manufacturing will be highly regarded
- Available immediately
