We’re looking for a confident and driven Business Development Representative to help us grow our partnerships with gyms, fitness centres and health facilities across Melbourne.

The Role

- Generate recent commercial cleaning opportunities within the fitness and health industry
- Build relationships with owners, managers and decision-makers
- Prospect through calls, networking and face‑to‑face visits




- Understand clients’ cleaning and hygiene needs and arrange site visits and quotes
- Follow up leads and help secure long‑term cleaning contracts
- Professionally represent our brand, culture and high standards

About You

You’ll have a good understanding of commercial cleaning and be driven, positive, proactive and results-focused.

You’ll be confident with people, genuinely interested in fitness and professional and well‑presented, taking pride in representing our brand.

What We Offer

$40–$45 per hour + commission

Flexible part‑time work with the freedom to work from home and on the road, plus fitness‑related benefits and the opportunity to be part of a positive, motivated team.
