Chisholm Institute is seeking a Workplace Relations Lead to join the People, Culture & Safety team. The role focuses on interpreting and implementing the Fair Work Act 2009 and relevant Victorian agreements and awards, and leading workplace investigations with a person-centred, trauma-informed approach.

The successful candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, stay updated on employment legislation, and contribute to governance and tender processes.
