BOQ Group is seeking a Senior Credit Management Officer to lead complex arrears portfolios across retail and business banking. You will assess customer circumstances, recommend strategies and guide a collections team, while supporting provisioning, write-off and recovery activities in line with policy.

You will work with Compliance, Legal and Risk to ensure decisions align with regulatory obligations and BOQ Group frameworks, delivering fair customer outcomes.
