Job Summary/Introduction
We are seeking a Test Analyst to join a collaborative delivery environment on a long-term contract, with a likely chance of extension. The role offers MAx $575 per day including super, with Sydney preferred and other locations considered.

Applicants must hold a current NV1 AGSVA security clearance. Applicants without NV1 clearance will not be considered.

Detailed Job Description

We are looking for a Test Analyst with experience across functional and system testing to support the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

Working closely with business analysts, developers, testers and business stakeholders, you will analyse requirements, develop test cases, execute testing and manage defects through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse requirements and design test cases covering functional and non-functional requirements
- Execute functional, system, integration and regression testing
- Identify, log and track defects through to resolution
- Work closely with business analysts, developers and testers to clarify requirements and expected outcomes
- Prepare and maintain test cases, test data and test evidence
- Support UAT activities and assist business users throughout testing




- Participate in test planning, estimation and scheduling
- Ensure testing aligns with quality standards and delivery timelines
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and practices

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in functional and system testing
- Experience analysing requirements and developing detailed test cases
- Familiarity with defect and test management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and issue-tracking skills

Rate
Max $575 per day including super.

Location & Working Arrangements
Sydney preferred, with other locations considered. Hybrid working arrangement requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Contract
Long-term contract prospect with a likely chance of extension.

Security Clearance
A current NV1 AGSVA security clearance is mandatory. Applicants without an active NV1 AGSVA clearance will not be considered.
