Senior Import Sea Freight and Customer Service

With a strong reputation for professionalism and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Import Sea Freight & Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Book and manage full-cycle import sea freight operations (FCL, LCL).
- Communicate and liaise with clients, shipping lines, transport operators and overseas agents.
- Handle customer enquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve service issues proactively.
- Monitor shipments, update systems, and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and internal SOPs.
- Advanced use of CargoWise.
- Maintaina high level of customer service atall times.
- Assist other departments and support team development as needed.

Requirements:





- Minimum 5 years freight forwarding experience.
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping practices, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CargoWise software and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
