Key responsibilities
- Assisting the dentist during clinical procedures
- Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms
- Sterilisation and infection-control procedures
- Greeting and assisting patients
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Appointment bookings and confirmations
- Processing payments and general reception duties
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Experience with D4W prefer
