RACV Bendigo Retail Outlet invites applications for a customer service specialist. You will assist RACV members in-store and over the phone with Home & Car Insurance, Emergency Assistance, Travel Insurance and attraction tickets, delivering personalised service.

The role is permanent part time, 20 hours per week on a fixed 6-week cycle roster including Saturdays, with seven weeks of paid training and potential office presence in Noble Park for some days.
