Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving equipment issues, driving reliability, and ensuring critical manufacturing operations run smoothly?

Proclinical is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operational efficiency of a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on critical systems, plant equipment, and site services. This position requires technical expertise in equipment maintenance, familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and a commitment to maintaining compliance with Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, including purified water systems, boilers, trade waste systems, and packaging machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns and system faults.
- Document maintenance activities in CMMS, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with external service providers as needed.
- Adhere to the preventative maintenance schedule and report root causes of breakdowns to management.




- Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to the development of maintenance-related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Production, Quality Assurance, Validation, and New Product Introduction departments, to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in incident investigations and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies, including hazard identification and risk control.

Key Skills and Requirements:

- Proficiency in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Knowledge of GMP standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external contractors.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
- Willingness to undergo training and provide training to others as needed.
