We are looking for a driven Customer Experience Consultant to act as a true automotive concierge for our clients. In this role, you will elevate standard customer support into a premium, white-glove experience, ensuring our customers enjoy every single step of their Karmo journey.

What You'll Be Doing

- Act as a dedicated concierge, expertly guiding customers to the ideal vehicle subscription for their lifestyle and needs.
- Drive customer loyalty by delivering outstanding, tailored service from the initial onboarding through to renewals and vehicle returns.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our operations, sales, and delivery teams to ensure a completely frictionless customer journey.
- Champion the customer voice by swiftly and professionally resolving issues and utilizing feedback to continuously improve our service.

What You'll Bring

- Extensive customer service or concierge experience with a genuine passion for exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to build instant rapport and handle a wide variety of interactions professionally.
- Strong technical aptitude, including experience navigating CRM systems and the confidence to learn new technology platforms.




- A current, valid Australian Driver's Licence (Essential).

Note: Automotive experience is highly desired but not essential. We hire for attitude and train for skill!
