- General commercial and contractual disputes
- Corporate and shareholder disputes
- ACL claims and regulatory investigations and prosecutions
- Leasing and property‑related disputes
- Defamation matters

The role also offers the opportunity to work closely with senior practitioners on client development and practice growth initiatives.

You will be a capable and commercially minded litigator with:

- 2+ years’ post‑admission experiencein litigation and dispute resolution
- Experience gained in a comparable firm environment
- Strong technical skills and sound commercial judgement
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach




- Excellent client service skills
- Strong written, oral and organisational capabilities
