As a Senior Financial Adviser, you will provide strategic, holistic advice across retirement planning, superannuation, investments, insurance, cashflow and wealth protection. This is an opportunity for an adviser who enjoys working closely with clients, building trusted relationships, and is comfortable travelling regularly to meet clients face-to-face across regional and metropolitan NSW. You will develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships with clients located throughout NSW, conduct client meetings both virtually and in person, and manage end-to-end advice processes including discovery, strategy development, advice delivery, implementation and ongoing reviews.

Key responsibilities

Provide strategic, holistic advice across retirement planning, superannuation, investments, insurance, cashflow and wealth protection

Develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships with clients located throughout NSW

Conduct client meetings both virtually and in person, including regular travel across regional and metropolitan NSW

Manage end-to-end advice processes including discovery, strategy development, advice delivery, implementation and ongoing reviews

Partner with internal specialists and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience

Contribute to a culture of professional excellence, compliance and continuous improvement

Support and mentor junior advisers and associates where appropriate

About you

5+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser or significant experience in a senior advice capacity





Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent qualification

Successfully completed the FASEA exam and eligible to provide advice under an AFSL

Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality strategic advice and build lasting client relationships

Strong understanding of compliance obligations and advice documentation standards

Confidence using advice technology platforms such as Practifi, Salesforce and financial modelling tools

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

A willingness and enthusiasm to travel regularly throughout NSW
