The Legal Services Commission in Queensland seeks an Enquiries Manager within the Enquiries and Complaints Team to oversee all enquiries and assess complaints for appropriate action. You will report to the ECT Team Leader and guide staff through regulatory processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses for public, legal profession and other stakeholders.
