IT & Digital Business Systems Coordinator

As part of Azure's continued growth and commitment to digital innovation, we are excited to introduce a newly created IT & Digital Business Systems Coordinator role. This position has been established to strengthen our technology support capabilities, improve adoption of digital tools, and drive smarter, more efficient ways of working across the business.

This is a unique opportunity for a technology professional who enjoys building capability, influencing change, and making a visible impact. This role is going to be 70% operational and 30% making improvements to current processes.

You'll have the chance to shape how the role evolves, champion new technologies, and play a key part in Azure's ongoing digital transformation journey.

About the Role

Provide end-user support across laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, business applications, and workplace technology

Coordinate and manage relationships with external IT service providers and technology vendors

Maintain device lifecycle management, asset registers, and security compliance

Manage software licensing, user access,



and business system administration

Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, Planner, Power Automate, and Copilot

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work through automation

Support cybersecurity initiatives, access management, and compliance activities

Develop user guides, training resources, and knowledge documentation

Assist with the delivery of technology projects and digital transformation initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- 4+ years' experience in IT support, digital workplace, business systems, or systems coordination
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Exposure to endpoint management, device administration, and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience managing relationships with external IT providers or vendors
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for improving systems and processes
