About the Role
Aramex Brisbane has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to drive new business growth across Brisbane and the wider Queensland regional network. You'll play a key role in generating leads, converting opportunities, supporting customers, and contributing to the success of our sales team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, problem-solving, customer engagement, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Generate qualified sales leads and support business development activities
Manage and convert incoming sales enquiries
Identify growth opportunities with recent and existing customers
Support customer onboarding and account retention
Maintain accurate customer information within CRM systems
Work closely with branch managers and internal stakeholders across Queensland
Provide reporting and administrative support to the sales team
To be successful in this role you'll bring:
Experience in sales, lead generation, account management, or internal sales support
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Confidence in phone-based sales and customer engagement
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
A positive, resilient, and customer-focused approach
