Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Lead – Rosehill

$80 + Super | Full-Time | Hands‑On Leadership Role

Our client is a leading Australian distributor and manufacturer of sustainable, compostable, and biodegradable food service packaging. They supply eco-friendly alternatives to plastic products—including containers, cups, and cutlery—to cafes, restaurants, and businesses nationwide.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Lead to help drive the day‑to‑day performance of our warehouse at Rosehill. This is a practical leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, working alongside their team, setting explicit standards, and making sure the operation runs safely, efficiently and on time.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating daily warehouse activities, supporting and developing the team, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently followed. What You’ll Do

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control
- Lead from the floor and work alongside the team to achieve daily operational targets
- Allocate work, monitor workloads and ensure priorities are completed on time
- Support transport and dispatch coordination to ensure customer and delivery requirements are met
- Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping,



organisation and efficiency
- Promote a strong safety‑first culture and ensure WHS procedures are followed
- Assist with maintaining HACCP standards for food packaging materials
- Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies
- Ensure warehouse systems and processes are followed correctly
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, workflow and productivity
- Coach, support and motivate team members to achieve performance expectations
- Monitor daily KPIs, productivity and service levels
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Work closely with the Warehouse/Operations Manager and other site leaders to keep the operation running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
- Experience supervising, leading or coordinating a warehouse team
- A hands‑on leader who is comfortable working alongside their team
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control and dispatch processes
- Good organisational and communication skills
- A strong focus on safety, accuracy and getting the job done right
- Understanding of WHS and HACCP requirements is highly desirable
- Experience with warehouse management systems — RF Smart / NetSuite highly regarded
- A practical problem‑solver who can stay calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment
- Current forklift licence is highly desirable
