PARKROYAL Darling Harbour and PARKROYAL Parramatta are seeking a Cluster Groups Reservations Manager to oversee group reservations, implement revenue strategies, and maximise yield across two Sydney area hotels.

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Revenue, you will collaborate with Reservations teams and contribute to weekly revenue meetings, while ensuring accurate entry in Opera PMS and maintaining high guest service standards.
