Cater Care is seeking a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to join our aged care team at one of our sites in Horsham, Victoria, on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified mealsAssist with meal service, ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer serviceRestock supplies before, during,



and after service periodsMaintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing dutiesSet tables and assist with plating and meal distribution

About You

Desired Skills and Experience

Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer serviceExperience in contract catering, aged care, healthcare, or food service environments is desirableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a team environmentFlu Vaccination and National Criminal History Check, or willingness to obtain
