Spectrum Care Services in Canberra seeks a compassionate and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to provide patient-centred care for a client with complex needs. You will implement behaviour support plans, assist with daily living tasks, and support community participation.

Essential qualifications include a Certificate III/IV in Disability or Mental Health, 2-3 years’ experience with complex care, and NSW ACT WWVP/NDIS checks, plus First Aid & CPR. Immediate start available.
