1st Year Apprentice:

?️ What You’ll Be Doing

- Learning all aspects of the joinery trade under supervision

- Operating CNC machinery, panel saws, edge banders, and other workshop equipment

- Assisting with measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing cabinetry components

- Reading and interpreting plans with guidance from tradesmen

- Working as part of a supportive, skilled team

- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in cabinetmaking/joinery

- Willingness to learn and ambitious mindset

- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual attitude

- Positive and team-oriented approach

- Driver’s licence preferred but not essential

Tradesman:

About the Role:

- Measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinetry components

- Read and interpret design plans to determine project requirements

- Operate workshop machinery such as panel saws and edge banders

- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

- Ensure all work meets high-quality craftsmanship standards

- Capable to be sent on-site to assist with completion of works if necessary

What We’re Looking For:

- A qualified Joiner/Cabinet Maker

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a custom joinery or cabinetry business

- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work
- A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- A valid driver’s license (to assist with deliveries if required)
