St John’s Lutheran Primary School invites applications for Classroom Teacher (Primary) appointments commencing in 2027.

Successful applicants must be available to commence from 13 January 2027 for Induction and Professional Learning.

Evidence of active involvement in a Christian denomination and/or a demonstrated willingness and ability to support the Christian ethos of the School, including its worship and devotional life.

SC2

Demonstrated personal and interpersonal skills that foster positive, respectful and collaborative relationships with students, colleagues,



families and the wider school community.

SC3 Demonstrated knowledge and application of current, evidence-informed best practice in teaching and learning, including purposeful planning, differentiation, assessment and the use of data and evidence to support high-quality learning and improved student outcomes.

SC4

Demonstrated understanding of restorative practices and the ability to establish positive, secure and supportive learning environments that promote student wellbeing, engagement and positive behaviour.

SC5

Demonstrated commitment to professional responsibility and service, including the ability to communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and engage positively and professionally with students, families, colleagues and the wider community.

SC6

Demonstrated initiative, flexibility and commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a professional learning community focused on excellent outcomes for all students.
