About the role: Stop flying. Keep the money.

Port Hedland, town-based. Monday to Friday, 10-hour days, home every night. No swings, no airport carpark, no living out of a bag.

$60–70/hr depending on experience, plus penalties. Plus a $500/week tax-free housing allowance, paid fortnightly.

Do the maths against your current swing. Most people who've done a few years of FIFO assume coming ashore means taking a hit. On these numbers it usually doesn't — this pays more long-term than our own FIFO roles do.

We'll help you find a house. We know the Hedland market, we've relocated people into it before, and you're not doing it alone from Perth. Relocation package included.

Key responsibilities:

- Commercial construction and fit-out
- Commercial maintenance
- Residential maintenance and renovations
- Residential recent builds
- Solar, off-grid and renewable systems

Most electrical work in the Pilbara means one client's site and one maintenance schedule until you go numb. This doesn't. You'll be across domestic, commercial and renewables in the same month, which keeps your skills broad and portable. Hedland is hot and it's remote. But it's a town with a life in it — schools, a coast, people who stay.

About you:

- Unrestricted A Grade WA Electrical Licence
- Manual driver's licence
- WA White Card
- First Aid / CPR
- Low Voltage Rescue
- Working at Heights
- 3+ years post-apprenticeship experience
- Australian work rights
