RAW Personnel is proud to be recruiting on behalf of Green Adelaide for an exciting chance to join their Aboriginal Partnerships Team as an Aboriginal Partnerships Officer (ASO4).

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside Kaurna Miyurna and other Aboriginal communities to strengthen partnerships, support meaningful engagement, and contribute to projects that help shape the future of Green Adelaide's natural landscapes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader, Aboriginal Partnerships, you will play a key role in supporting Green Adelaide's relationships with Kaurna Miyurna, the Warpulai Kumangka Advisory Committee and other Aboriginal organisations. You will coordinate meetings and engagement activities, provide high-quality administrative support, assist with project delivery and build positive working relationships with community members, government agencies and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of Aboriginal partnership and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, events and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Aboriginal communities and organisations.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and meeting documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and administrative processes.
- Assist with project coordination, planning and delivery.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with South Australian Government policies and procedures.





About You

We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in administration, stakeholder engagement or project support.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A genuine passion for working with Aboriginal communities and building respectful partnerships.
- High attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with Aboriginal communities will be highly regarded.
- A tertiary qualification in a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
