? THE ROLE
As an Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant , you’ll support daily accounting activities, financial administration, reporting, reconciliations, and general finance operations while developing valuable professional experience.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
✅ Process invoices, receipts, payments, and financial transactions
✅ Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
✅ Assist with bank and account reconciliations
✅ Prepare spreadsheets and basic financial reports
✅ Support monthly and periodic reporting activities
✅ Assist with expense processing and tracking
✅ Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment information
✅ Organize financial documents and maintain filing systems
✅ Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team
? REQUIREMENTS
✔️ Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
✔️ Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles
✔️ Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
✔️ Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
✔️ Strong numerical and analytical skills
