Our client is a growing clean energy technology company, hiring an Account Manager. You'll work closely with the founder and product team, owning relationships from first conversation to signed contract. The focus is growing revenue from existing accounts — spotting opportunities, managing enquiries, and closing them, while scoping for new business.

The Role

- Manage the existing account base: spot growth opportunities, keep enquiries moving in CRM, and own pipeline accuracy.
- Run introductory calls and product demonstrations, translating technical detail into commercial terms clients can act on.
- Take deals through to signature, build proposals and contracts, and bring in new business where capacity allows.

What you'll bring

- A technical or operations background in energy — engineering, asset operations, analysis, trading or origination — and you're ready to move into a commercial, client-facing role.




- A couple of years in the energy industry, with valuable judgement on deals and the confidence to negotiate.
- You want a small, high-trust team where you own outcomes.

Battery storage is central to the energy transition, and this role puts you close to it — working on technology helping to decarbonise the grid. It's an early-stage business, so you'll work directly with the founder and shape how the company sells, with room to grow as the team does. Permanent, mostly remote, with occasional in-person catch-ups and a competitive salary and benefits.

Base Salary + Super + Commission paid, expected OTE $150-200 K/annum. Note that yearly income trail is on offer as well for multi-year contracts.
