? We’re Hiring: Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and junior professionals who are interested in accounting, financial operations, reporting, and business finance.
? Key Responsibilities
• Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare basic financial reports, schedules, and summaries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on payment status.
• Verify financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Maintain organized accounting files and financial databases.
• Support internal and external audit activities when required.
• Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve finance and payment-related issues.
✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance; fresh graduates are welcome to apply .
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including formulas and PivotTables.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the finance function.
