An exciting opportunity has become available for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the team at CMI Hino Melbourne, one of Victoria's leading Hino dealerships. This 12-month maternity leave contract offers the chance to work in a modern, collaborative setting where your contribution is genuinely valued.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, supporting cash flow activities, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing?
- Managing customer accounts in relation to accounts receivable
- Distributing invoices, statements and reminder notices
- Daily Banking / Receipts
- Credit Control including processing new credit applications and conducting trade references
- Assisting customers with invoice queries
- Systematic follow up on outstanding overdue debts
- Maintain accurate customer records following all correspondence
- Remittance allocation, data entry and maintenance of aged trial balance
- Reconciliation and Month End Reporting
- Reception relief

We are seeking someone who has
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar Accounts Receivable or Administration role
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A professional and positive approach
