Real Futures is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) to drive sustainable employment opportunities for Aspirants within the IEA program. You will build and maintain solid relationships with employers, identify suitable vacancies, and support Aspirants into meaningful and lasting employment.
You will engage with Aspirants and employers to secure opportunities, achieve KPIs, and collaborate with site teams to implement local engagement strategies.
