Talent is seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Data Engineering to spearhead two strategic data initiatives in a major enterprise transformation. The role blends hands-on coding with architectural direction and engineering delivery across a modern AWS and Databricks workplace.

You will translate requirements into technical designs, mentor Data Engineers and ensure secure, scalable data pipelines while collaborating with architects, engineers and stakeholders through the project lifecycle.
