Reapit is seeking a Staff Engineer to drive full-stack delivery across .NET and React, leading a team of developers and QA engineers. You will own retailer integration projects, modernise existing Razor/Blazor apps, and contribute to frontend and backend efforts with a focus on performance and scalable architecture.

You should have 7+ years of .NET experience, solid React skills, and prior leadership experience. The role supports flexible working with a Brisbane office and hybrid arrangements.
