You will work closely with our management and administration team, assisting with the day-to-day operations of our NDIS business. Training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries
- Assist with emails and general correspondence
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Filing and organising documents
- Assisting with participant records and service agreements
- Assisting with staff timesheets and rostering
- Assisting with invoices and basic administration
- Supporting participant and staff onboarding
- Assisting with NDIS administration and compliance documentation
- General office administration and support

- Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic
- Willing to learn and develop new skills

- A valuable communicator
- Comfortable using computers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Interested in the NDIS and disability services sector
- Must have a current Australian driver's licence
