We have an opportunity for a Administration Officer to join our office located in Rowville, VIC. You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with our administration and customer care teams. The Administration Officer role is vital to the success of the claim and repair process.

This role is full-time office-based role.

The ideal candidate must have:

- Attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A friendly, proactive and can-do attitude

- Be well organised and highly motivated
- A sound understanding in computer literacy (Microsoft Office Word, Excel and databases)

- The ability to multi-task and problem solve

- Willingness to take instructions and use initiative to learn

- Able to handle pressure and complete tasks before strict deadlines

- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced office environment

Role and responsibilities:

- Respond to client queries

- Answer high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls as required

- Lodgement of recent claims and data entry

- Ongoing communication with trades to schedule temporary emergency repairs





- Responding to and action incoming requests via client specific portals, email, or mail

- Respond to and complete report submissions, purchase orders and invoices

- Upload documentation to meet internal and external compliance requirements and specific KPI targets

- Provide general administrative support to the team

- General errands and ad-hoc duties as required in busy office

This role will be subject to a successful National Police Check.
