About the Role

As our Adventure Park & Attractions Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation, safety and maintenance of our attractions while helping drive their future development. Working closely with our leadership team,



you'll ensure every attraction operates safely, efficiently and delivers an exceptional visitor experience.

As Good Planet continues to invest in new attractions, you'll also play an active role in researching, planning, testing and launching new experiences, helping shape how our Adventure Park evolves over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the secure and efficient operation of the Adventure Park & Attractions.
- Lead, mentor and develop the attractions team.
- Maintain operating procedures, inspections, safety systems and compliance.
- Oversee maintenance, servicing, equipment reliability and presentation.
- Manage guest flow, capacity and operational efficiency.
- Deliver consistently high customer experience standards.
- Identify and implement operational improvements.
- Research new attractions, equipment and visitor experiences.
- Contribute to operational planning for future attraction developments.
- Support the testing, commissioning and launch of new attractions.
- Help ensure new attractions are introduced safely and successfully.

You'll understand that great attractions rely on outstanding safety systems, well-maintained equipment, capable teams and an exceptional guest experience.

You'll ideally bring

- Experience managing attractions, adventure tourism or visitor operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Practical knowledge of attraction safety, inspections and risk management.
- Experience overseeing maintenance, servicing and operational readiness.
- Strong customer service and visitor experience standards.
- Experience developing operating procedures and training programmes.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- An interest in attraction innovation and developing new visitor experiences.
