:

 15+ years of experience in solution design, software engineering, or architecture.

 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership roles.

 Strong experience designing enterprise-scale digital platforms and integrations.

 Experience working within Agile and/or Protected delivery environments.

 Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desired

 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering Adobe Experience Manager

(AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

 Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, Workflows, MSM, Dispatcher, CDN,

Headless CMS architecture, Java, OSGi, Sling, and JCR.

 Experience with AWS cloud services and API-led architectures.

 Experience with CRM, Identity Management, and enterprise integrations.
