The role:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our PracticeManagement Group (PMG). Working closely with business leaders and service lineteams, you will transform data into meaningful insights, develop reportingsolutions and support data-driven decision-making across the firm.

Key responsibilities:

The following is an outline ofthe major tasks / accountabilities. This position is not limited to these majortasks / responsibilities and may involve other duties as required.

Data analysis & insights

- Collect, cleanse, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through quantitative analysis.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support leadership and business initiatives.
- Design,maintain and automate dashboards and reporting solutions that improve efficiencyand support decision making.
- Monitorand report on key business performance indicators.
- Ensuredata accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting outputs.
- Promote high standards of data integrity and governance.
- Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in developing data definitions, standards, and documentation.




- Support compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.

Technology & innovation

- Leverage data analytics tools and emerging technologies to enhance reporting capability.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Support implementation of current business intelligence and analytics platforms.
- Contribute to the firm’s digital transformation initiatives.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics,Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a relateddiscipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, andcritical thinking capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and theMicrosoft 365 suite.
- Experience with business intelligence and datavisualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and emerginganalytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts anddata insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technicalaudiences.
- High attention to detail, accuracy andcommitment to data integrity.
- Previous experience in a data analyst orbusiness intelligence role.
